Which is why I asked my online fitness group today to share what keeps them motivated. They all had amazing answers!
- To feel confid ent
- To set a good example
- To focus on themselves
- To get the endorphin high
- and of course....spring break trips!
- To say that I completed all 60 days of Insanity Max:30
- To feel amazingly confident in a bikini on my free trip to Cancun in April
- To be happy
I know that when I stick to a healthy nutrition plan and workout plan all of those things will transpire. I know it because it's already starting to happen. :) Here's to finishing out this winter STRONG!
